I am a huge JC supporter. I also like Charley Casserly. Here is some video on Casserly talking about JC's indecisiveness. This has been an issue with JC all along. The guy can play but he just needs to let it loose and throw the ball.
Hopefully with all the stuff that has taken place, he just relaxes and says, "What the screw! I'm playing ball!" We'll see.
I agree with his assessment of JC, but I believe playcalling has something to do with it too. Regarding JC, there are too many times where we see a replay and someone is running across the field wide open, but he dumps it off to a safety valve who gets tackled after a 4 yard gain. He's got to be willing to throw the ball when he sees something developing instead of hesitating so much.
Regarding the playcalling...Last week, although TC was under a lot of pressure, he didn't seem to be able to find many open receivers either, despite his reputation for being a bit more decisive. Playcalling has to be contributing to the problems as well if both of these guys are struggling to find open receivers.

Or the O-line as I have been saying.
All of the above.
