Jason Campbell - Week 6

Here are the updated numbers for JC:

Ranking: 20 (down 3 slots)

QB Rating: 81.1 (down 3.2)

Completion Percentage: 58.7 (down 0.6)

Yards: 1086 (up 217)

TDs: 5 (up 1)

INTs: 4 (up 1)

Yards per attempt: 7.24 (minus 0.45)

Sacks: 8 (up 3)

Tough game. JC was solid and deserved a lot of credit for his play. The numbers would have been a lot better if his receivers had held on to the ball (8 dropped passes). Also, 2 of the sacks came late in the game when we were forced to pass and we had backup O-linemen coming in for the backups. Still, the numbers are what they are but I am pleased with JC's play (both in the GB game and on the season as a whole).

Watched the game last night on NFL network and was even more impressed with JC's play/decision making. His one INT was not his fault. It went right through Moss's hands into Woodson's hands. Very unfortunate but an INT is an INT. Also got a chance to see all of the dropped balls. It's a shame because we should have beaten GB. We definitely had the talent and the ability but we just didn't get it done. I know I can say, "woulda, coulda, shoulda" but in the end, we lost.

Still, I really enjoy watching JC play and finally feel like we have an answer at QB. Great running TD and great pass to Cooley for the TD.
