Skins resign Buchanon and bring in Shayne Graham

I like bringing back Buchanon for depth. He was solid for the most part last year so it's good for depth.

Bringing in Graham is good as well. He's a proven veteran and it gives Gano some competition. Gano finished last season very uneven so we'll see if he can step up and keep his position on the roster.

Not really going to make much difference. These are typical roster moves during training camp.

Buchanon is suspended for 4 games, presumably for performance enhancers. Apparently the Skins were aware of the suspension when he was resigned.

I like the fact that we resigned him. I'm just a bit unsure of what the temporary fix will be during those first 4 games.

Graham will give Gano some competition and could win the job. Gano was not very accurate last year. I want to see him win the job given that he's young and could be a long term answer to our post-Chip Lohmiller search for a kicker.

They should just call up Chip Lohmiller and see if he'll kick for them cus hes still better than Shayne Graham Ga-No good!

Robs, neither one of these moves is meant as a significant signing.

Buchanon is here for depth and Graham is providing competition for Gano.

I like the signings as Buchanon provides solid depth and Gano needs competition to step up his game.

I would be surprised if either of these guys contributes much this year. I suppose Graham might unseat Gano, but they will probably find someone totally different before training camp is done.

I don't much care. Kickers are a dime a dozen and only a few teams have found that guy that is locked in and really entrenched as the kicker.

Many of these guys get bounced around so not a big deal.
