LeBron a Bull?

Reports today are that Lebron is likely headed to the Bulls along with Bosh. The Bulls cleared a lot of money recently to make a run at two FAs. It's a strong FA class and is likely that the FAs are discussing where they will land. FA signing opens up on July 1 so we'll see what happens. Would be interesting to see Lebron in a different uniform and also play in MJ's town.

Bosh seems likely to fall in Chicago or Miami.

If I were LeBron, I would stay in Cleveland and get Bosh to sign in Cleveland.

I love Chicago and would love to see LeBron there, but he can do more for Cleveland and he will be adored forever.

Michael made the Bulls winners. and LeBron should try to do the same for Cleveland.

I commented and it didn't show up.

I agree that he should stay in Cleveland. Make Cleveland your own. He could be legendary there. Moving to Chicago, he will always be second fiddle to MJ. That's MJ's town.

I remember when the MJ started out and the Bulls sucked. He stayed with the team as they improved. I remember hearing about how he cried when the Bulls were eliminated by the Pistons (who owned the East back in the later 80s). He felt like he was never going to reach the championship but he persevered and look what it got him.

Cleveland is LeBron's home and he could be a hero adored by generations if he stayed. Moving would tarnish his legacy in Cleveland and where ever he moved to, it wouldn't be his home.

I suppose the one upside is that he would be part of a big city and major market and there might be more endorsement opportunities but I doubt that the guy is hurting for cash so that shouldn't be that big of an issue.

More endorsements? Not in today's NBA world - he is fine in Cleveland.

I suppose he could be a pitchman for some Chicago area businesses if he wanted to, but it is not like Nike is going to drop him if he wants to stay in Cleveland.

I hope he stays in Cleveland and he wins his championship there.

Yeah, it would be local endoresments for local restaurants and car dealerships and stuff. Maybe he craves the big city.

Still, seems like the best thing is stick with the Cavs and become a legend there.

Leaving would turn the Cleveland fans against him. A Rod could have been loved if he had stuck it out in Seattle but he chased the money and it was a big reason why he became one of the most hated men in baseball.

He should stay but I don't think he is going to.
