How 'Bout Dem Cowboys?

So Romo has a broken pinkie and is out for a month. Pacman violated the terms of his agreement with the NFL and is out indefinitely. Felix Jones is hurt and they bring in malcontent Roy Williams. T.O. hasn't gotten the ball as much as he would like.

They have been going through a lot of substantial change recently. With all of the volatility they have on that team, they seem close to imploding if they lose a couple of games. I imagine T.O. will get even more ticked off because Brad Johnson won't get him the ball enough and they will lose a game or two and then T.O. will just sound off.

Strange how quickly they went from being the most talented team to one of potential implosion.

There's nothing I'd like more than seeing the Cowgirls self-destruct from here on out. Johnson's not a bad QB, but he's not the dynamic player that Romo is. The secondary was already a mess. Losing Pacman only makes that unit worse. T.O. is going to become a liability for the team in the next few weeks. As you said, Johnson won't be able to get him the ball enough. Bring Williams in will only reduce the number of looks T.O. gets.

If we can hold our own, I believe our only competition for the division title will be the Giants, because the Cowgirls are going to slip way behind in the next few weeks.

Interesting news yesterday in that there are reports Romo wants to play on Sunday. Apparently he practiced some and had decent velocity on his passes. Not sure what's going to happen. I like Brad but he is older and his arm strength is not the best so I'm not sure how well he would do. Also, even if Romo plays, his pinkie may cause some errant throws.

They went through quite a bit of change in the last week so we'll see how that affects them. Seems to me that they are very close to imploding.

It would be good to see them fade and T.O. light the fuse for the impending implosion. However, the Redskins still need to take care of their own business. We have a must win game this weekend and it will be interesting to see how we rebound from such a disappointing loss to the Rams last week.
