Rocket is back!

Does it make a difference?

NO! It may help, but the Yankees are far too flawed this year. They need another starter and a new closer if they are really going to seriously challenge this year.

What I find ridiculous is that a team with a $200M payroll this weekend was in the cellar of their division. They have too many pretty boys who are aging. It will be interesting to see what Rocket has to offer at 44-45 years of age. I think he will be solid but I still think their pitching staff is not that great as a whole.

I like the way the Red Sox have been playing and the way they are put together.

It is still early in the year and I expect the Yankees to challenge. However, they are an old bunch of has-beens with little pitching. They are not serious contenders with, or without, Rocket.
