Skins sign Donte Stallworth

The guy is 30 years old and has had is off the field issues. Only had 2 catches last season. Still, we only signed him to a one year deal and he probably still has some talent in him. He can provide good depth on a weak WR corps. He also has incentive to play hard for a final, bigger contract next year.
