James Madison's football team Sunday was named an at-large selection to the NCAA Football Championship playoff field. The Dukes, who completed the regular season with an 8-3 record, will play Saturday (Nov. 24) at Appalachian State at a time to be determined.
We're playing the two time defending national champions and the team that beat Michigan earlier this year and it's on the road so no question we will have our hands full. Still, you got to beat the best to be the best and the road starts Saturday.

Aww. Don't be mad. I'm just jealous of anyone who has a solid football team to root for considering my perennial underachieving Wahoos and my perennial pain in the arse Redskins.
