First he says he wants out of L.A. and there is nothing the Laker organization can do to change his mind. He would rather play on Pluto than the Lakers and then after a blubbering call to Phil Jackson, he wants to stay. What is going on with Kobe Bean and why is he such a whiner and don't you just feel like slapping that silly look on his face in this picture?

Matar Alloo is in love with Sly Stabone!
I don't think I have ever been witness to such undying, unconditional man on man love.

Springs is coming!
Shawn Springs said that he will be coming to camp June 5 after missing the first two weeks of voluntary camp. He would have come this coming week but because of the Memorial Day holiday and the Redskins have the week off, he will wait until the following week. That means all the 'Skins will be there.
RobsObs tried to make a big deal out of Sean Taylor and Shawn Springs being out but Taylor reported shortly after RobsObs tried to incite everyone and Taylor seemed fine. Springs is now coming.
If I were RobsObs, I would be more concerned about your own house and look at your Bears.

Rambo
I wish I could take credit for the below but I was meandering about the world wide internet and found the following on Wikipedia's description of the character Rambo:
"I HATE RAMBO. He resembles a Penis. His hair is gay. I dont like him. He likes Lauren Delicar. Jake Rambo was born on July 26 [[1991 in Detroit of Lesbian and homo Erectus descent. He favorite dish is poop. After high school, he became a male striper with his friend Deon Turman. sometimes late at night he looks and pictures of brad pitt and sticks his fingers up his butt."
For matar aloo's sake, I pray that this is just an error.

Eagles to Trade McNabb to the Bears?
According to the Philadelphia Inquirer:
The recent drafting of quarterback Kevin Kolb could mean that Donovan McNabb will be traded before the 2007 season. A few observers have opined that McNabb will be moved after the coming season. But here's a scenario that has him moving before September. The Bears are ready to win the Super Bowl. This scenario obviously depends on two things. One, that McNabb is physically ready to play on Week 1 of the 2007 season. Two, that Chicago is convinced McNabb is their best available QB option.
Might be a good pickup depending on what the Bears were willing to give up. The Bears could use a proven veteran QB that knows how to lead the team. McNabb seems like a good fit in Chicago. Still, the Bears should not give up too much for him.

Rexy on thin ice.
No surprise but SI has Rexy as one its top 10 shakiest QB situations going into the season. They say, "Rex Grossman was either really good or really bad last season. Unfortunately for the Bears, he was really bad at the wrong time in their Super Bowl loss to the Colts. Chicago may not be able to live with Grossman's turnovers throughout the season and could turn to veteran Brian Griese. "
If Rexy doesn't start out well, you better believe the fans/media will let him have it and there will be pressure on Lovie to make the change.

Alex Brown wants to be traded.
Looks like Alex Brown wants out.
According to an article in theAP, "the Chicago Bears expect to see starting defensive end Alex Brown at their minicamp this weekend even though Brown says he's seeking a trade. Brown told Sirius NFL Radio on Wednesday that he asked the Bears for permission to work out a trade. Brown admitted he's comfortable with the Bears, but is eager to explore other opportunities. Still, he has three years remaining on his contract. "We're just trying to see what's out there," Brown said. "That's what we're trying to do. It's not the Bears. They don't want to get rid of me. It's just that I want to see what else is out there."
Again, this is what you can expect to see when a team has success. Everyone is going to want to get paid. Whether it is by their current team or someone else. They weren't well known before but they are now and they want compensation. You can expect many other Bears players have the same feelings.

NFL predictions
The Redskins are a mystery to me. Two years ago, we were a 10-6 playoff team. Last year, we were a 5-11 team that had no identity for much of the season, suffered many injuries, and had a defense that just crumbled.
This year it is hard to tell what will happen. I can see us being anywhere from 11-5 to 5-11. Almost every play will be unpredictable. There is talk of the 'Skins looking to trade/find a good DL that would be available. We'll see if that pans out. Still, we seemed to have strengthened the LB corps and the secondary and the D-line should be better just because they are healthy. Still, there is talent issues on the D-line but again, I think they will be improved just because they will be healthy. I also think the defense will benefit from a tough, long training camp. Gibbs has said that he wants to become more physical like they used to be on defense. We seemed to forgot to do the bare essentials and fundamentals of tackling, positioning, and gap control last year. I expect all of those things to be addressed in training camp as well as conditioning.
I don't see much of an issue on the offensive side of the ball. We were solid down the stretch last year and I expect us to pick right up where we left off and continue with the "Redskin football." The NFC East is up for grabs. Dallas seems like the front runner but all in all, it's up for grabs.
The Bears are coming off of a great year and should be right there at the top of the NFC again. However, they aren't going to sneak up on anyone this year. We'll see if they play with the same kind of passion as last year or if success has brought about egos and selfish play. Will Briggs play? If so, will he be a distraction? The same with Tank "thug" Johnson. When he gets out of the clink, will he be able to step in and play effectively? Rexy is inconsistent. He is coming up on a contract year and he has to have a good year to prove to the Bear brass that he is the Bear QB for the future. If not, he will be gone and they will have to turn the reigns over to someone else. Is Cedric the man? Will he start crying if he doesn't produce/get enough carries?
Whatever happens, I love the NFL and we'll see how things shake down. However, nothing would make me happier than a successful Redskin season, coupled with a disappointing Bears one resulting in a sad RobObs.

What if...
If you could spend an hour talking to three people dead or alive who would they be?
Mine would be:
1. My mom.
2. Gandhi (Mahatma not Rajiv or Indira)
3. Tie b/t Michael Jordan and Bono
