DIET!!!

So last week I told the story about getting smoked by my son in a race and pulling a groin.

This morning as I was getting ready to leave for work, I had to reach for something on the ground. As I did, I ripped my pants! A HUGE rip right in the arse/crotch area. I suppose the only good thing is that it happened at home as opposed to work.

I guess my arse was trying to tell me something.

oh man thats a disastrous start to the week. what do you do if that happens and youre not at home but at work or out somewhere... lucky for your it happened at home.

I can diet, but my bane is good beer. I try to be healthy and get on the "grill and eat lean meats and veggies" but then all grilling makes me want to do is crack open a beer. I think I have to enter into some kind of reward system. anyways good luck with the dieting

Actually, it wasn't as bad as I made it out to seem. It was more of a squatting motion and I didn't really pull my pants up into my crotch prior to squatting thus there was too much tension in that area when I tried to squat down.

All that said, I could still afford to drop a few pounds around the midsection area.

JSR, grilling and beer go hand in hand and with the warmer months coming up it means more grilling and more beer. As Deepie is finding out a kegerator also promotes larger beer consumption.

In the end, perhaps super denim is the way to go.
