With the lockout and the hockey playoffs going on, the draft seemed to be on the back burner. However, it is on tonight and it will be interesting to see who the Skins draft. They have several needs and I could see them taking a DE, O lineman, or even a WR (if Julio Jones and/or A.J. Green are available). I could also see them trading down for an additional pick. Will be interesting to see what they decide.
As far as the Bears, I had heard they were looking O line but now that Jeff Gutless is engaged to The Hills "star," I heard they are looking into the unprecedented move of drafting a good marriage counselor/person to stroke an arrogant arse's ego. I would agree that that is there biggest need.

Thanks for the laugh - as usual. I am still chuckling as I write this.
I think the Bears will go O-line, but if a premier pass rusher is available or a disruptive D-tackle is available they may go that route if their O-line picks are taken. I would be shocked if they don't stay in the trenches with their pick.
As for the Deadskins - I am guessing they end up with Jake Locker. They should trade down or take a defensive stud to fit their scheme, but being the Deadskins they will do something dumb.
I don't think there is nearly as much interest in the draft this year because of the lockout. Without all of the trades and rumors that normally happen this time of year, it is just not the same.
Doubt the Skins will take Locker. Believe they will go with either Robert Quinn (DE from UNC) or a WR (either Jones or Green). They are high on Ponder so if anything, seems like they would trade down in hopes of adding a pick and getting Ponder.
Bears will draft Dr. Phil so he can counsel Gutless and The Hills "star."
Why waste time on a therapist. Just draft a judge to handle the messy divorce. Judge Dredd!
Deadskins will go QB because they are run by idiots.
Since they are all idiots, with the 10th pick the Skins will draft the combo of Gutless and the "star."
Gutless and the "star" will walk on stage and take pictures with Snyder and the "star" will end up being the starting QB for the 2011 Redskins.

Although I'm disappointed that we didn't draft the combo of Gutless and the "star" as JKSD suggested, I'm really quite happy and pleasantly surprised with the Skins draft moves. Trading down to acquire an extra 2nd rounder and still getting Kerrigan is awesome. We got our high motor guy to be opposite of Osackpo. I believe that Anthony Bryant can be a solid NT, so our front 7 should be in much better shape this year.
When we made the trade with J-hole to drop back in the 1st and to get their 2nd, I figured we'd be able to get one of the 2nd tier QBs with that 2nd rounder. Now with Ponder and Locker off the board, it looks a little like we might miss out on a quality QB as Dalton appears to the be the best remaining QB. If we can't get him, we'll need to shore up the OL. I won't be surprised if we go after an RB, CB, or LB also. We have a lot of holes, so as long as we bring in two more guys who can step right in, I'll be satisfied with this year's draft.
