Redskins locked up Pro Bowler Mike Sellars through 2012. Sellars was still under contract for this year but he has said that he wasn't thrilled with his current deal. The Redskins recognized his value as a player and a team guy and stepped up.
"For what I do for this team, the little things that people don’t acknowledge, I felt it was time," Sellers said. "They took care of me."
Sellars was also named a team captain this year. Glad to see Sellars will be with us for a few more years.

Sellars gets more money and a dudzik tugging by Danny Boy and Vinny once a week.
If Sellars negotiated dudzik tugging into his contract and got it, more power to him. I'm sure his agent will be well sought after.
If you are a Redskin, Danny Boy and Vinny, require you to use agents who demand dudzik-tugging.
That is one of the reasons the Deadskins stink. There are too many players/agents who refuse their unwanted dudzik-tugging clauses.
So maybe that is why we had to spend so much on Haynesworth...so that he would allow dudzik tugging.
Pretty impressive that we can get a full 53 man roster all with dudzik tugging clauses in their contracts.
Not really - they are all gay or bisexual so they love it. It would be fine if they won games, but they don't.
You really do have a problem with the Redskins. You need more fiber in your diet or maybe shoot off a round from your dudzik -- assuming you can find it.
Actually, the problem for the Deadskins is that they are always shooting off their dudziks at each other and not playing football like they are supposed to.
