There's something wrong with Richie Incognito

Transcripts of voice mail messages and text messages left for the Miami Dolphins' Jonathan Martin by teammate Richie Incognito indicate a pattern of racial epithets and profane language.

Multiple sources confirmed to ESPN that the following is a transcript of a voice message Incognito left for Martin in April 2013, a year after Martin was drafted: "Hey, wassup, you half n----- piece of s---. I saw you on Twitter, you been training 10 weeks. [I want to] s--- in your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your f---ing mouth. [I'm going to] slap your real mother across the face [laughter]. F--- you, you're still a rookie. I'll kill you."

I get rookie hazing and stuff.  That's been around forever but first Martin is not a rookie and second this stuff goes way beyond what is normal/acceptable.  Incognito has had his issues in the past but he owes Martin and the team a very sincere apology.  Also, where was the Dolphin leadership in all of this?  Don't tell me that they didn't know that some of this stuff was going on.  Shame on them for not recognizing this situation and addressing it before it blew up like it did.

Skins beat Chargers in OT

Game shouldn't have ever gotten that close as the Skins had a 10 point lead deep into the fourth and had a number of plays that if any one of them go their way, it's an easy win.  Still, give credit to the Skins for stopping a 1 and goal from the 1 foot line and forcing the Chargers to a game tying FG and then taking the ball the length of the field in OT to win it.

I thought the Skins were certainly the better team in this game.  A very good balance of run and pass.  The stars shined as RG3 passed well and ran effectively when needed.  Garcon got 172 yards receiving including a couple of very nice one handed grabs.  Morris ran for over 120 yards.  Jordan Reed had himself another nice game.  Game ball probably has to go to DY Darrell Young for his 3 TD performance including the game winner.

Defensively a very solid effort stopping a very good Charger offense.  Thought David Amerson had himself a very nice game making a great INT.  This guy looks to be a very solid pick for us and will be able to take the CB spot for years to come.  Would have liked to have gotten a little more pressure on Rivers but all in all a good effort capped with the tremendous goal line stand at the end of regulation.

Again, the big concern is special teams.  It seems that every aspect of special teams in an adventure each game.  The Skins first drive of the game started inside of their 5 yard line and they drove it the length of the field and took up a lot of clock.  It was just the kind of drive you want to start the game.  Unfortunately we couldn't punch it in and had to settle for a chip shot FG and it was blocked.  A big momentum shifter.  Again, it just seems like every game there is something in our special teams that fail us.

In the end, it was a very entertaining game and I'm glad we came out with the win.  Next up is the Viqueens who look to be playing a little better with a desperate Ponder back at the helm trying to get hold of the starting QB spot.  A win there and we are a game out of first and picking up some momentum.  I do believe the Skins are playing better with each week and I expect that to continue and we are starting to look like the team we expected to be.

HAIL SKINS!!!
